Sa​​nmar Green Park Project (Tower-2)

One of our most remarkable achievements is the massive concreting operation at Sanmar Green Park Project (Tower-2) — a 26-storied building basement pour of 45,000 cft (5,000 psi) completed within 36 hours. This project stands as a testament to our collaboration, technical capability, and commitment to excellence

Aziz Court Building 

Supply of ready-mix concrete for one of Chittagong’s tallest buildings 
322 feet high, with 4 basements and 28 floors  completed using our high-performance concrete pump system.
This project showcased our capacity for sustained vertical pumping and mix reliability

Beijing Sound Environmental Engineering Co. Ltd.

CEM delivered and executed high-volume concreting at the company’s industrial facility in Rangunia, Chittagong, ensuring consistency and quality under challenging site conditions

Achieved a single continuous pour of 38,000 cft within 30 hours at Dampara, WASA Circle, Chittagong  ensuring flawless coordination and zero downtime during placement

MAX Ranken JV – Akhtaruzzaman Flyover

Supplied consistent, high-strength concrete for one of the region’s most complex flyover foundations, meeting demanding load-bearing requirements

RM-3 Dolphin Jetty – Chittagong Port Authority

Completed 12,000 cft of marine-grade concrete in a 12-hour single pour, demonstrating precision under tidal and logistical constraints

Chittagong WASA Reservoir Project – Arefin Nagar

Delivered 26,000 cft of concrete in a 20-hour continuous operation, maintaining uniformity across the entire reservoir structure
